1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember preferences, and (in some cases) measure how the site is being used. This policy explains every cookie and similar technology that ShiftPro Safety uses on shiftpro.org and in the ShiftPro web dashboard.
2. The cookies we use
We use two categories of cookies: essential cookies that ShiftPro cannot function without, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the marketing site is used so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking.
Essential — Authentication & session
Set by ShiftPro and our infrastructure provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in and maintain a secure session in the dashboard. Without these you can't log in.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4
The public marketing pages on shiftpro.org load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9VFN271NHD). GA4 sets first-party cookies to measure page views, traffic sources, and aggregate user behavior so we can improve the site. Data is sent to Google, processed under Google's terms, and stored in aggregate form.

GA4 is configured with IP anonymization. We do not link Google Analytics data to identifiable employee records. Workers using the mobile app or the authenticated dashboard are not tracked by GA4.
We do not use cookies for:
- • Advertising or retargeting
- • Cross-site behavioral tracking
- • Selling data to third parties
- • AI training datasets
3. Managing cookies
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings — instructions for the major browsers are linked from allaboutcookies.org. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you disable essential cookies:
- You won't be able to sign in to the ShiftPro dashboard
- Sessions won't persist between page loads
Disabling analytics cookies has no effect on the product — you can still use ShiftPro normally.
4. Third-party providers
The cookies above are set by these providers:
- Supabase (infrastructure) — essential authentication cookies
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics) — first-party analytics cookies on marketing pages
- Cloudflare Turnstile (security) — challenges loaded on the signup and support forms may set short-lived cookies to verify the request is human, not a bot. These are essential to anti-spam protection.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Twitter pixel, or any other advertising network's tracking technology.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
